Installation Manager

Description of Job / Position
The Fockele Garden Company is a design-build-maintain firm that creates unique and beautiful gardens on residential, commercial, and institutional properties in Georgia and adjacent states. The role of the Installation Manager is to coordinate and oversee all installation activities, including project management, scheduling, purchasing, quality control, hiring and training installation personnel, overseeing proper use and care of installation equipment and vehicles, and supporting other staff, especially in connection with job costing,

Job Requirements
A successful candidate will need these characteristics: must be organized and detail-oriented, must possess good people skills, must have good management and budgetary experience and good technology skills, must be a motivated team player who is coachable and ambitious. This is a job for someone who likes a mix of indoor and outdoor work, and who thrives on building beautiful gardens and exceeding expectations.
